Our long time client, Isabelle Norstad has done pilates with Thumper three times per week. On August 3, 2012, she turned 100 years young. We wish her a very special birthday from all of us at Mind to Motion Pilates Plus in Green Valley AZ!

I am a cousin to Lolly Almquist,and she and I are in contact with each other quite often. She advised me this morning that it is your 100th birthday!! What a milestone in your life. Happy Birthday to you, and may you continue with your good health and happiness .
