Pilates builds functional muscle (muscle that performs in many directions), flexibility, and endurance. Pilates conditions the body as a whole, training several muscles at once. No muscle group is over- or undertrained. <br >

A golf swing involves the whole body and the act of swinging a golf club is an extremely demanding sports activity. <br >
