IsaBuddy Challenge Begins!

Several people in our studio wanted motivation to meet their health goals. Here is the Fab Four who are leading the way to better health and improved energy! Each person picks a short term and long term goal, takes measurements and initial weight. Each week we weigh and every other week we measure. We log our progress.

I think maybe I will join you. Not sure what exercise to use, except walking at work, and my mini tramp.

That’s great, Rutha. Cardio is good–got to keep that heart strong, but you also need stretching and strengthening because strong muscles burn more than fat does. If you could work one-on-one with an instructor, Pilates would give you incredible results. If you cannot, then maybe try on of the mat Pilates DVDs. We like Rael Isacowitz, but you really want to pay attention to form.
